Formerly known as Madras, as well as ‘The Detroit of Asia’ Chennai is a major engineering, garment and automotive manufacturing base, and is one of India’s largest exporting hubs.

Situated on a highly secure 4.3 acre site, our Chennai data center campus is located in the Ambattur area, in easy reach of the city center and about half an hour from Chennai International Airport. With a phased roll-out of CHN-1 in Q3 2026 and CHN-2 in Q3 2028, the campus will offer customers a total of 42 MW of power based on a 68 MVA main feed. Two data centers with 8 data halls each will provide nearly 800,000 ft² of AI-ready space, with on-site access to Tier 1 carriers and other connectivity and service providers.
